Gollito Estredo is the PWA Freestyle World Champion 2016! On the last day of the PWA event on Sylt he drew upon all of his experience and once again showed that he is an incredible competitor, who excels under pressure — further reinstating his reputation as the King of Freestyle! With only three events this season, Gollito was in 2nd place before the beginning of this last event on Sylt, but his performance here was really outstanding and the first place and title well deserved!
This is Gollito´s 7th Freestyle world title, his first win was in 2006, then 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014 and now 10 years later he gained his title number 7!
Gollito was understandably emotional after winning another world title: “On Saturday night I didn’t really think that I’d be World Champion again, but I just went to bed early and just thought let’s see what happens. To have won my 7th world title is really amazing. I can’t believe it. Thanks to all my sponsors who always believe in me, the organisers and of course my friends and family.”
Congratulations Gollito, super happy for you & proud to be your sponsor!
