The Shark success carries on: our Shark LTD 130 won the most important test category “Freerideboards 135l” in latest German surf mag, issue 11-12/07! Hereafter please find the full English translation:

On the beach: The successful shape remains unchanged for the new season. New are the integrated heel bumpers under the heels. Otherwise the fittings are all well proven. Good straps, all important footstrap positions, a special fin screw for fitting in the screw without extra tools and a harmonic, classic shape.

On the water: Again this season the Shark impresses as a board where you step on and get planing without any efforts. And then comes the LTD adventure: The light and stiff Shark edition feels so sporty and direct, that you can feel every mini wave. That does not feel uncomfortable at all, it´s more a feedback from your ride, like from a sport engine. Thanks to the well positioned straps, which are adjustable from racing to footstrap beginners, and the well distributed pressure, you have the board fully under control. And also if the shape is not feeling quite as stable like the super wide Super Sport and Futura, these very light corrections, which hold the board in the right direction, playing with the perfect pressure of your toes on the deck – that´s what good windsurfers will like. The overqualified planing abilities you also find while jibing. The Fanatic is as good as the other boards, which make the tightest turns. The board turns without problems through all power jibes, requires a bit more feeling then the new wide boards, however enables sportive turns. Summary: Very versatile Freerider with real sportive ambitions. From intermediates to experts. surf tip: Sporty allrounder.
