Gollito Estredo is PWA Freestyle World Champ 2008!

Gollito Estredo is the new Freestyle World Champ 2008! Gollito rips his second World Title, after 2006 and Vice Champ in 2007 (Winner Lanzarote & Sylt)! Gollito dominated the 2008 Tour (Winner Podersdorf & Lanzarote), his fourth year on the PWA Podium!

Gollito Interview by Fanatic:

1. World Champ for the 2nd time, how does that feel to you?
I am very happy like never been in my life - I don't know what to say. It´s just incredible to be world champion for the 2nd time!

2. What was the most difficult event during the 2008 PWA tour? The most difficult event was for sure Furteventura where I hurt in my foot. It was almost impossible to sail with the pain, but I did it and finished second...

3. Which board did you use on Sylt & which one is normally your favourite board?
I used my new Fanatic Custom Skate with 101 liter. My favourite board is the Skate 98 TE - I like this board so much, I always sail with it.

4. Anything you like to say about your sponsors and team mates?
Of course I want to say something to my sponsor! I want to say thanks very much all my sponsor especially to Fanatic for giving me the best Freestyleboard! Also to North Sail - Smith - ION - Dwarf8. And to my mates Andre Paskowski, Tom & Yoli de Brendt for looking after me!!!

5. What are your plans for the next month?
I go to Sardinia with Andre to visit our team mate Filippo Buratti and after to Brasil. Maybe to Bonaire too. I don't know yet... For sure I will be training as much as I can!!!
