Lightweight. Stiff. Incredible. The TeXtreme® line is the most exclusive, high-performance construction in windsurfing. The Oxeon-built fabric allows for incredibly light PVC sandwich layups, with the added bonus of fully visible Carbon bottom graphics. High quality, full Biax Carbon on the remaining parts of the deck of the Blast TXTR round off the TeXtreme® construction to create the lightest and stiffest board on the market, with crisp characteristics.
On the FreeWave STB TXTR, the TeXtreme® takes advantage of Innegra’s Resin absorption ability, weight reduction, stiffness, impact protection and UV-resistance, to create the strongest board possible in the lightest and stiffest board construction available today. Less resin, more strength, less weight; it doesn’t get better than TeXtreme®.
BIAX INNEGRA CARBON LIGHT FINISH TECHNOLOGY (BXIC)
Our unique Biax Innegra Carbon Light Finish Technology has proven to be the ultimate construction for our Wave- and Freestyleboards. Last season, Fanatic took the initiative to take the next technical step by introducing this new and exclusive high-end fibre finish into all TE models, meeting the highest demands of our World Cup Team.
- – Absorbs force from impact extremely well due to 45 / 45 degree weave, and achieves maximum strength via an extra layer of fibres on top with a 90 degree weave.

BIAX FIBRE / FULL PVC SANDWICH LIGHT FINISH TECHNOLOGY (BXF)
When combined with the Sandwich construction, this high quality Full Biax Glass and full PVC specification provides an optimized weight / stiffness / flex ratio.

HIGH RESISTANCE SKIN [HRS]
High Resistance composite technology is a durable construction for everyday use. A thick, durable outer skin gives the hull maximum strength, as well as making it ding and impact resistant. Strategic use of fibre reinforcements ensure adequate stiffness. In combination with the user-friendly EVA deck, HRS can be seen on the standard Gecko, as well as the Viper /Ripper ranges.
FULL BIAX CARBON SANDWICH LIGHT FINISH TECHNOLOGY [FULL BXC & BXC]
This top quality and technologically advanced high-spec Biax Carbon, has a perfect weight / stiffness ratio as a result of its very fine weave and dynamic flex. Full Biax Carbon is used on the deck and bottom of the bigger Falcons and Falcon Formula for maximum stiffness and lightest weight possible.
On the smaller 89 – 99 l Falcons, it is used solely on the deck for better flex of the board in choppy conditions. When combined with the PVC Sandwich technology and Glass reinforcements, the Biax Carbon provides a balanced stiffness / flex / weight ratio on the Falcon Slalom, Speed and Formula.
DOUBLE LAYER HEAVY DUTY [DL HD]
Built to last, our Double Layer (HD) technology is an inflatable construction for heavy duty usage. The triple layer rail construction (Viper Air, Rapid Air, Rapid Air Touring & Tandem Air Premium) ensures better stiffness and durability. For the Ripper Air Windsurf, we use a Double Layer rail construction to save some weight. Stiffness and performance is guaranteed, as the Double Layer HD technology can take more than 20 PSI of air pressure if needed, we recommend 15 PSI.

Sebastian Wenzel has achieved great things in his shaping career and with over a decade of CAD experience under his belt, there is no question that he is one of the leading experts on computer aided board design. CAD shaping provides board builders with a platform to accomplish unprecedented levels of precision in the designs they produce and Sebastian does just that. CAD also allows us to store every board built since 2004 on a digital data- base so we can evolve, push boundaries and innovate, rather than recreate. Sebastian’s decades of board building knowledge and experience is funnelled into every design created. Through Sebastian’s lead and the collaboration of every Fanatic team member, we continue to build on our already existing library of facts, figures, successful shapes, proven rocker lines, volume flows and rail lines. As we advance it’s clear to see that Fanatic CAD shaping techniques work as our boards keep getting better. FACT.

Whilst creating new products, our primary goal is to reduce the ecological impact on the environment and use ethically sourced raw materials. Through advances in our construction techniques, significant gains have been made – ranging from the use of ozone-free foam cores, utilising coloured resins vs spray painting / stickers, smart packaging and audited facilities. There is a long way to go before our products are 100 % green / recyclable, we are ready for the challenge ahead to get there, step by step.
