Arthur Arutkin is the European Vice Champ in Technical Racing and Long Distance @ the Oxbow EuroSUP Championship in Lacanau! In the Technical Race he finished just a few seconds after his friend Titouan Puyo and one minute in front of Casper Steinfath, in Long Distance it was a very close finish between him and Titouan. Well done Arthur, what a great performance!
