Víctor Fernández López, born in El Ejido, Almería. With just four years of age Víctor had his first windsurfing experience at the beach of Almerimar with his father José Fernández. At the age of 14 his father allowed him to spend the summer in Pozo Izquierdo (Gran Canaria) as a reward for his good grades. There he started his professional career at the windsurfing world to become PWA Wave World Champion in 2010 - his biggest achievement so far. Victor is one of the - if not THE - most complete wave sailors in the world and has an incredible record of event wins and podium finishes in the PWA Wave World Tour. With four Vice World Champion titles on his belt, he's hungry for World Title number two.

What’s the right day for the Stubby – where do you place fins, straps and mast foot on this board?
My favorite all around board. I like it specially when the conditions are not so good and if the wind is not so strong. I can make good turns in bad waves and I love the skate feeling as I think this is the best thing of the Stubby. I use my mast foot in the middle of the track, I place my middle fin and side fins in the middle of the boxes and I use my back strap all the way back and my front straps all the way forward.
