Endless tranquillity, untouched nature and fresh mountain air - for Annika Vossen there is no better way to switch off. When the to-do list gets longer and her motivation gets lower, nature is her refuge. A place where she can find peace and recharge her batteries. Sunrise and sunset in the mountains is always a special moment. In this video she is doing a sunrise hike up the mountain - but this time a bit more exotic than usual. She is hiking up to a small mountain lake to practice yoga on her SUP. A small adventure that ends with pure happiness.
