If you were a hotdog and you were starving, would you eat yourself?
If you could be another person for a day, who would you be?
How do you setup your Skate TE?
I place the Mastfoot quite far back, to have the board a little more reactive and less connected to the water. Also the rotations are pretty quick like that, as everything is compact. I use the footstraps pretty tight together. The front screws of all 3 straps i place further back and the back screws further forward. This gives a very good grip and connection to the board. This year we can adjust the distance of the screws very good on the Skate, so you should find a fitting that works nice for you. My setting is not the most comfortable for everyone ;-)
What fin are you using?
I use my MFC Pro Model in a 17.5 cm
Do you change the setup / fin depending on conditions?
When it’s light wind i use the footstraps a little wider, i change to a 18.5cm fin and the mastfoot slightly further forward to the settings above.
